How to make a claim?

In the event of a claim, here are the simple and straight forward steps, for you to follow:

  1. Notify the Claims Administrator as soon as possible after the discovery of the loss, theft, breakdown or damage by:

  2. If your gadget was lost or stolen, you will also need to:
    • Contact your network provider within 12 hours of the incidentand instruct them to block your device and SIM card as soon as possible – you may also be asked for evidence of this to support any claim for the loss or theft of your gadget. You will also receive up to £100 for unauthorised network charges incurred if you have reported the loss or theft to your airtime provider within 24 hours of the incident occurring – if you don't tell your airtime provider within this time frame you will be responsible for any further charges.
    • Report to the police about any lost or stolen gadget within 24 hours of discovery and obtain a crime reference number – this may need to be provided before you'll receive a replacement.
  3. Our claims administrator will guide you through the simple claims process and will tell you what information and documents you will need to provide for your claim to be assessed. This could be things like your proof of ownership or crime reference number besides any other information or document that can help facilitate the claim process.
  4. Pay your excess as agreed and rest assured that the claims administrator will do everything possible for you gadget to be either repaired or replaced. Please note that the excess will need to be paid in full before your claim can be settled.
